USE OF OUR WEBSITE
Our Website has different features aimed at ensuring that your online purchase with all for padel is pleasant and productive. These include Website search functions and a store finder.

When you go to checkout, you will see that completing your order and online purchase is very easy. OUR PRICES AND OFFERS
The offers on our Website are not mandatory or binding for all for padel. HOW DO WE ENTER INTO AGREEMENTS WITH YOU?
You can only place an order on our Website if you are an authorized consumer or a distributor. You must be 16 or older to purchase products on our Website.
Orders of products offered by all for padel placed via our Website are only an offer to formalize a purchase/sale agreement. The purchase/sale agreement will only be formalized when all for padel confirms the order by email. You guarantee that the information provided to all for padel on the request or order is accurate and complete. all for padel will never be obliged to accept an order. all for padel will be entitled, at all times, to check an order beforehand or reject an order without having to justify your reasons. If all for padel does not confirm your order within the following ten business days, the order will be considered to be rejected.
DELIVERY
all for padel will deliver the order to the address specified by you. all for padel can only deliver the order at a delivery address that is a house or office. Deliveries will be made on business days that are not public holidays. The delivery note must be signed in order to receive any delivery.
all for padel will be entitled, to the extent reasonably possible, to make split deliveries so that you can receive the products ordered as soon as possible. These split deliveries do not entail additional costs. However, if you request split deliveries, all for padel will charge you additional shipping costs. Each split order will constitute an independent purchase/sale agreement. If all for padel is late delivering part of or a split delivery, it does not entitle them to cancel any other split delivery.
OPTIONS IN CASE OF DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Should all for padel discover, before formalizing the purchase/sale agreement, that it cannot deliver the products ordered, it may offer an equivalent product in terms of quality, price and function. You will not be obliged to accept the replacement product. If you wish, you may return it within a period of seven (7) days at all for padel’s expense (your revocation or return right will continue without being affected).
Should all for padel discover, after formalizing the purchase/sale agreement, that it cannot deliver the products ordered and it is not responsible for this situation, all for padel shall be entitled to terminate the purchase/sale agreement. RETENTION OF TITLE
The products ordered shall continue to be the property of all for padel until you pay the total amounts due by virtue of any agreement, including the payment of shipping costs, whether previous, subsequent or partial deliveries. It will abstain from selling, disposing of or pledging products prior to transferring the ownership thereof.
MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
all for padel advises you to carefully read the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the product labels. We cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the incorrect handling of the products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
